Lemon Grass

Traditional Use: Lemongrass is used for treating digestive tract spasms, stomachache, high blood pressure, convulsions, pain, vomiting, cough, achy joints (rheumatism), fever, the common cold, and exhaustion. It is also used to kill germs and is a mild astringent.

Common Use: Lemongrass is used in multiple ways: Added to curry pastes, sauces, and salads. Its lemony flavor stands up to prolonged cooking, making it perfect for slow cooked stews and curries. Infused into teas, soups, and stocks.

Dispensing: Lemongrass tea is safe when consumed in small amounts. Drinking too much lemongrass tea can have negative side effects for stomach health and may cause other serious conditions. Avoid these side effects by consuming small amounts of lemongrass tea.

Please note these come in 1 oz quantities
