The journey to spiritual fulfillment doesn’t have to be a costly one. I didn’t get where I am today by merely enrolling in expensive programs. I found growth through dedication to the practices that resonate with me. It’s about “doing the work,” as I like to say. The real treasure lies in the daily rituals of meditation, journaling, and being fully present in the moment.
