Traditional Use: Enjoyed for it’s overall health benefits and caffeine intake to increase energy and improve system functions.
Common Use: More research is needed, but there’s some evidence drinking black tea regularly may lower your risk for these conditions: Diabetes, High cholesterol, Kidney stones, Parkinson’s disease, Osteoporosis, Cavities (Dental caries).
Dispensing: Do not drink more than 2 cups a day of black tea. This amount of tea provides about 200 mg of caffeine.
