Chamomile
Traditional Usage: Chamomile is traditionally used to treat wounds, ulcers, eczema, gout, skin irritations, bruises, burns, canker sores, neuralgia, sciatica, rheumatic pain, hemorrhoids, mastitis, menstrual pain, lowering blood sugar, osteoporosis, depression, cancer, sleep, anxiety, and so many more.
Dispensing: One to four cups daily. This can be chamomile alone, or in blends. If drinking in a blend feel free to increase cups.
