Description

Linden Flower

Traditional Use: Since time immemorial, the fragrant and tasty linden flowers have been used medicinally as a calming agent and to relieve indigestion , the common cold , and griping or colicky pain in the abdomen.

Common Use: Linden is a common name for trees belonging to the Tilia genus. The dried flower, leaves, and wood are used for medicine. People use linden for conditions such as colds, headache, trouble sleeping (insomnia), itchy skin, and many others, but there is no good scientific evidence to support these uses.

Dispensing: The European Medicines Agency recommends a moderate intake of linden tea, which they define as no more than 4 grams, or two tea bags, a day.

Please note this comes in 1 oz quantities
