Description
Traditional Use: 2-3ml taken 2-3 times per day, or as directed by a Herbal Practitioner. Rose essential oil can be used in the bath, or vaporized in an oil burner. It can be added to a massage oil or cream. Use 6-8 drops per bath and 10 -18 drops per 30ml of carrier oil.
Common Use: Rose petals are mildly sedative, antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, and anti-parasitic. They’re also mild laxatives, a good supportive tonic for the heart, and great for lowering cholesterol.
Dispensing: While rose tea’s nutrition content may offer potential health benefits, you should consult with your doctor before adding it to your diet. It may cause problems for people with certain health conditions. Some people have an allergy to the rose plant and should avoid products like rose tea.
