Most would agree the Sun rise and Sun set are the most beautiful times of the day. It’s quiet and nature takes hold in all it’s natural glory to share if you are willing to listen.

So let’s pause on the sun rise for just a moment. Have you ever sat and watch a blossom open, or seen a dandelion seed? You might want to now 😉

I happen to get up before sunrise and truly love this moment of peace and watching the earth wake up. The birds start to sing and guide me in the dark as we walk the fields.

It’s not the roosters, they just wake up the people 😆

What happens to us when we listen to what is automatically, and often unrealized happening around us? No cars, stop lights, cell phones, people talking, babies crying…in my case the dogs demanding to run outside.

Stop for a moment and take in all that nature if orchestrating. Birds Hz sound wakes up the flower blooms. Yes the the bloom follows the sun; but, the harmonization of the birds singing is what actually tell the plants to wake up and to start taking in the nutrients. The Sun is Coming!

Birds sing between 1,000 and 8,000 Hz.

Pause, watch Gaia breath. The Dawn Chorus is the bird collective waking up the planets.

One hour prior to sunrise birds start to sign to wake up the planets. It’s not really that surprising considering for years we have known playing music for planets improves their growth.

But…I guess I always just thought the birds were waking up…

Dr. Carlson took this a step further, to say the least. He found the birds singing increased plant growth and improved the food. He was doing research on how to increase plant production and sound was one of the measurables.

It boils down to the stomata in the plants (their pores) open up to this sound, allowing better absorption of nutrients.

You can check out all the amazing things Dr. Carlson has accomplished on his site below:

Now, let’s take this a step further. If the plants are responding to the birds singing, which is at 1,000-8,000 Hz, what does this doe to us? Think about our Chakras. The 7 primary ones we usually discuss are below these levels. So, you know me, now I’m digging in connecting dots.

Well according to Dr. Eleanor Ratcliffe who did some research on this and found some of the birds did offer mental relief. She has a lot of amazing research. I strongly recommend reading more on her site.

In 1973 the book The Secret Life of Plants, is a whole next level.

Christopher Bird and Peter Tompkins hooked plants up to electrodes and they measured plants stress and, also found sound was good for them.

Hey there, this is where if you don’t have a green thumb, it might be unhappy plants, and it actually could be from your own energy they are picking up.

Yep, this book might be worth a read too.

Well; you know I didn’t stop there 😅 Maybe now you can see why this writing came out a little late…

This article from Natural History Museum really goes into further detail about how Nature as a whole helps us heal and clam our systems.

We are all the same, we are all one, connected, and responsive. So when we reach the Crown Chakra and higher, we are now getting into the frequency I’m considering. Think of our upper Chakras.

Birds singing helps reduce stress, promotes positivity, increases productivity, and improves observational skills! This is also from studies; and I can’t find them in my notes…yes I’m disappointed. I’ll update this article if I find them.

But that is what is observed in the noise. Think about what these beautiful sounds are doing, do people even notice. I know Rumi wrote a bit on the sound of birds and these magnificent creatures.

I tried to find research on our Chakras with bird sounds…clearly this is where the story ends. But I found it fascinating and will be listening longer each morning now.

Oh! You can also get music called “Sonic Bloom” which will do the trick any time, any where, just for you. If you check out Dr. Carlson’s site, they have music as well.
